Can I self collect my orders?
Yes, you can self collect your orders with no surcharge imposed. You can choose to meet up and collect your orders at the following MRT station.
Order Processing
All order is processed immediately upon successful submission of order. Once we received your order, we will contact you via email to confirm and notify you with the delivery date and shipping cost (for international).
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and products sold are non-exchangeable. Divianza do not exchange or refund products if it has been been damaged or stained incurred by shipping. Please note that we take pride in our products and strive to provide the best service to you. Therefore, items are all carefully checked and examine before we send it out and we shipped all items with great care.
We are also not responsible for any lost mails by SingPost and therefore will not entertain any requests for lost mails. Delivery of any returned or exchanged products to Divianza will have to be absorbed by the customers.
Please email us of your intention to return at divianza@gmail.com. Include in the email your name, contact, invoice number and reasons for your return. Please note that our return policy does not apply if the merchandise has been worn; damaged or stained. Divianza reserved the rights to refuse a return of any product which is not in its original new condition.
